TOC paragraph has layout abstract in de/FAQ.lyx

Hello,

as the subject says: In the german FAQ.lyx the paragraph containing the TOC inset has layout 
Abstract, resulting in larger page margins in the compiled document compared to the result with 
layout = Standard.
