Hi,
Koji "pushed" me to finally fix the language control at the top of the
page. If you now click the japanese flag, you should be shown the japanese
translation of the current page. If you click the english flag, you should
be shown the english translation of that page.

PS. This will really only work well when almost all pages have been
translatet, but as Koji is doing such great work, I think it'll work fine
for English and Japanese.
