I found that the page
http://www.lyx.org/SiteTranslation
has information about the translator for each language. (Only 'Koji' is
listed for you though... maybe you should put your full name there?)
But I think it makes sense to place it in Credits as well, for well
shwoing of the 'credits' aspect. Whereas 'SiteTranslation' could be used
to document the current maintainer of the translation etc.
