No. Future releases is correct. It means: if a translation is marked red, we 
are considering to remove the translation eventually (all listed 
translations are included in the release, notwithstanding the completeness; 
dropped translations are not part of the list).

Basically, the sentence is a plea to potential speakers of that language: if 
you are interested that this translation is kept, jump in and help to get it 
out of the red.

Currently, the list doesn't contain any red translations; but until 
recently, Russian (now updated) was such a candidate.
