Hello,

Attached is a tentative Freanch version of the Braille example.

I am not a specialist of Braille, but I feel that Braille support
in LyX for French suffers from the limitations of Braille support in LaTeX for foreign languages (the Maj modifier is not the same in English Braille and in French Braille e.g.).

In addition
- active characters in French babel do not work in the Braille commands, I tried to add english encaspsulation to avoid LaTeX errors without success;
 - the French guillemets (set in Document->Settings->Language) do not work.

About the latter, it seems that this is a recent regression in branch w.r.t 1.6.3. I thought first that it was due to the fact that the doc is Unicode in LaTeX, but it is true with a fresh article doc. Any ticket about this ?
