I was reading the LyX introduction, but then I noticed that some stuff that probably wasn't meant to show up as code showed up as code.

the second paragraph of the part before 2.1

This is the reference to the mentioned section. When you preview your file as PDF you will see the correct section number. You can also click on that number in the PDF to get t the section. Within LyX you can right-click on the Reference and use "Go to label" to jump to the referenced section.
It also looks like some hyperlinks stopped working (it says "You can reach the current document
> maintainers by mailing to Hyperlink: [email protected]") Is there any way to fix this? This is correct. Within LyX you will only see the link, in the PDF, the link is clickable.
LyX looks pretty cool, by the way, and I'm looking forward to trying it out for creating math documents!
Have a look at the math section in the UserGuide and after that you can have a look at our special Math manual.
