Section 2.5.1 UserGuide has duplicated the following couple of sentences:
"The Outline has become much more powerful now, however. In the pull-down
box at the top of the outline window, you can choose between several
different lists, including other TOC-like objects, such as lists of tables
and figures, but also lists of footnotes, or labels and cross-references
(see [sec:Cross-References]), or notes, or of citations (see
[sec:Bibliography]). Clicking on any of these will take you to the
corresponding object in your document."
