AFAIK not yet - I see that you have made a recent commit. It will be
obvious if what I forwarded has gone in because of the additional
chapters and changes to the chapters which I submitted.

I cannot check it directly myself as I only have 2.0.5.1 and I believe
the version in lyxgit is now in 2.1 format.
