Dear LyX docs,

I have been using LyX a few years now, and I plan to write my thesis
with it next year. As such I have taken the liberty to do a major
update of the Dutch translation. I currently have an up-to-date po for
master (2.4.x), which I plan on keeping up-to-date and submitting once
the string freeze for 2.4.x is here (I'm currently writing some
reports in the master version of LyX and fixing some awkward
translations)

Now, on to the questions:

1. Should I back port the translation updates to 2.3.x? I could do
this if it is useful (there are changes to layouttranslations, so not
sure)
2. I found in the docs I should send po files to po-upda...@lyx.org,
is this still correct?
3. Where do I send updated documentation files, such as the welcome
file and the introduction file (I'm working on the tutorial)?

My apologies if these are answered already.

Best regards,
Niko Strijbol
