It seems that the problem that I reported in my previous message today (see
below) also occurs
if I replace every \mathbb{T} by \boldsymbol{T}.
According to you subsection
6.13.2.3 Style-aware search
advanced search and replace, when i invoke the option "Ignore non-output
content"
your search and replace should be able to distinguish between plain T
and \boldsymbol{T}.
But it cannot.
So, if I am not doing something stupid, it seems that what you write here
is not correct.

I would like to point out that if I enter this mode and, for example, search for upper case "T" in mathematics parts of the document, your program is unable to distinguish between T (plain T without any emphasis or boldface) and Blackboard Bold T (which in LateX is produced by typing \mathbb {T}.
