Sans savoir trop pourquoi, la redéfinition dans votre préambule n'est
visiblement pas sans effets secondaires.
J'obtient une numérotation normale lorsque j'efface cette redéfinition
du préambule, sous Document > Settings > LaTeX Preamble (mon LyX parle
anglais).
