Hi,
I'm having trouble with my LyX margin settings. I've tried various LaTeX
preambles as listed in the archives of this mailing list, as well as the
geometry package of 0.12.0. The problem is that my text starts printing
right at the start of the page, not 25mm in where it was specified as
per geometry.
If it matters, I'm using Caldera OpenLinux 1.2 Lite and an HP DeskJet
600. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
BTW I used the Red Hat printtool included with ny distro to set up the
printer. Should I have tweaked /etc/printcap??
