I find it a little irritating that the help documents appear in the
Documents list. I'd prefer it if the first time you click on a Help menu
entry the document is loaded, and subsequent times it is just displayed
(of course, you could close it and then reload it later). It's just that I
often have many help documents open and only one or two files that I'm
editing, and switching between files I'm editing is harder on the Document
menu when it's cluttered up with all the help files, which are already
listed nicely in the help menu.
