Jean-Marc mentioned several times that this problem,
which comes from the work in the temporary, was gone
with the 1.0.0 version.
If you are in a hurry, two workarounds (either solution):
- export as DVI instead of view DVI,
- give the absolute path to the bib file.
Be sure to kill the .aux and .bbl file of your directory
and go out LyX and in again if you want to change the style
(from plain to abbrv, for example) -- this is a LaTeX/BIBTeX problem,
not a LyX one (and LyX can solve it :-)
