I have used lyx since the pre-release version of 0.12.0. LyX makes
my life much easier than latex. Thanks a lot. However, I still
can not get around with its print command. There are a few questions:
1) Could we have a dialog box for printer setup, instead of letting
a newbie user to fiddle around with lyxrc?
2) How to add print options? such as '-h' for lpr or
'-o nobanner' for lpr to prevent print the stupid banner page?
3) Is it possible to use dvips's -p or -pp options to print just some
pages?
Sorry to ask too much. Maybe they are already in the TODO list.
Thank you,
Jerry
