Hello, I'm just about done writing my thesis using LyX and I'm fiddling
with some of the formatting.
Each chapter is a file and the whole thing is put together by including
each chapter in a main file. My table of contents must include the list
of figures and list of tables, so I inserted a list of figures and list of
tables and then placed references to these in the table of contents using:
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{List of Figures or Tables}
The entries appear in my table of contents, but there is no dotted line
connecting the text to the page number (List of Figures...............53)
like in the rest of the table of contents. How can I get that dotted
line to appear in these manual additions to the toc file?
On a related note, is there some way to print the chapter titles in the
table of contents in the normal font rather than bold?
