You can change them in menus.bind. I advise you to copy menus.bind
from LyXDir/bind/ to ~/.lyx/bind/ and edit this version. The syntax of
the bind files are explained in the Customization guide.
There is indeed a problem with these bindings, since they rely on the
physical layout of US keyboards. I don't know what could be a good
solution, though.
