This needs to have a couple LaTeX packages, namely fancyhdr.sty and
lastpage.sty. If you have those, then add in your LaTeX Preamble (in
Layout menu) the lines:
\usepackage{lastpage}
\cfoot{\thepage\ of \pageref{LastPage}}
And then set the headings field in Layout-Document to 'fancy'.
Note that the determination of the last page is not 100% accurate, due
to technical difficulties.
