Hello,

you can try barracuda which is available from trolls website 
( www.troll.no ). Look for software from their competition and 
you'll find it. 
Anyway, there is also gbib which is available from the main lyx ftp site 
and it even has some rudimentary lyx support. 
Unfortunately I couldnt get it to compile on a Redhat 4.2 system but the 
author is usually very cooperative.
