sorry, that I have not answered any of these emails (as the creator of the
patch). But in the next three days I have Ph.D. examinations, so I
wouldn't find any time to make a small package or to try, if the patch
works with lyx 1.x.x. In the next week of cause I will have more time for
things like this.
I have worked with these patch without no problems using lyx 12.??pre8?.
I don't remember if I tried it with lyx 1.0.0. As I have no special
knowledge about x-windows-programming, there might also be some bad code.
But I have never got any problems with it.
