What system are you running?

Even when I am running with ``\use_tempdir false'', the foo.tex.dep
file contains the right information:

/tmp/lyx_tmp10450aaa/lyx_bufrtmp10450aaa/foo.tex 2303679553 2303679553

My only other thought is that somehow MakeAbsPath() is returning the
wrong thing for inclusion into the DepTable
