Well, I did an ugly one with two commands inside the lyx-1.0.2 directory:
$ debmake
(as root)
$ dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc
You need the usual packages (libforms-dev ...) and some debian
developer tools. It's really easy, if you don't care to follow the debian
policy guidelines. If there is interest, I could put the package on my web
page, but as I said: this is quick hack, I am no debian maintainer as
Paul and I maybe the package will break you coffee pot.
