A circle in a table

Hello,

I am trying to put a picture of a cicle in a table, centered in the the
column.
But the upper part of the circle is touching the upper table border.

If I use "\\" to linebreak, the picture is no more centered.
I am trying to export this picture with "offset export" in xfig, but that
doesn't work (??)

help ???
