This is minor, but I find a bit of a problem when running lyx with no command
line arguments, and when running netscape at the same time.
Netscape takes up a lot of colors (and is turned on first), so lyx doesn't
have enough. I guess that it then tries to use a private colormap, so it
looks fine except for one problem. When using the hang down menu (the large
pointing-down-arrow to the left of the open icon), the selections are black and
unreadable. In other words, the hang down menu does not get to use the private
colors. Is this a bug? Or is this where the colors finally run out or something?
Anyway, using the "-shared" command line switch solves the problem, so no
big deal.
