customize lyxrc?

Hi,

in lyxrc-file there is a line like #\print_landscape_flag -t landscape
and something else like #\print_file_extension .ps. Delete the # and
start LyX.
Error on prompt:
LyX: Unknown tag '\print_landscape_flag -t ...'     .....
'\print_file_extension .ps' ....

What can I do? I have to customize the lyxrc file.
