More space below my text!

        Hello everybody...

        I've tried to find the answer to the question I pose you below for several
days without success, any help will be really wellcome.

        I am working in a complex LyX document for my final thesis but I don't get
to increase the separation space between the end of my text and the
footnotes. I've tried in TeX but my knowledge of it is somewhat limited.
