SGML Tools for Win32???

Greetings all:

I have tried to join the SGML-Tools list, but the
service seems to no longer be available...

I have installed Steven's port of LYX for win32, and
wonder if anyone knows of any work that has been done
to port the SGML-Tools to win32 also? Or, better yet,
is this something I could get to run with LYX for win32
without too much trouble?
