There is only the option to scale a picture by percentages of column
width or page width and height, respectively. But the second part of
your request still works for this. If you set width or height to a
given percentage and set the other dimension to "Default", the aspect
ratio will be kept. By the way: This also works if you give a fixed
size (in inch or cm) for one dimension.
