hi all !
i have found lyX seems to be unstable when i use latex symbols
such as \Box, \Diamond etc, from the latexsym.sty package.
for example i have a document with a \Diamond symbol in a
standard paragraph, this might seem fine the first time i view
it with xdvi/ghostview but then lyX starts having errors
and i have to remove the \Diamond.
is this not supported properly in lyX ??
another problem is that if a use one of these symbols at the
beginning of a line, the remaining non-latex text changes style
and prints out in italics with no spaces between words. (!!)
how can i prevent this ?
i have a small example lyx file if anyone is interested...
