There's xfig (available in most linuxes) and dia available from
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~alla/dia/dia.html (or I can give you an
RPM if you're on Redhat 6.0). Both do a fairly good job. dia is more
specific to flowcharting, ER diagrams, etc.
