You can't! The problem here is the float which will NOT split over more
pages! You can however just use the longtable OUTSIDE the float. You
probably want a caption for this table and an entry in the list of tables,
you can trick this by adding an empty float at the end of the longtable
with only the caption and BEFORE the caption a [H] in TeX mode (red)
(put \usepackage{float} in the latex preamble) and maybe put a
\vspace{-1cm} between the tabular and the float (also in TeX Mode).
