Citation and equation

Hello!

I have three questions

1.  I want to use the name of the author+date in the bibliography in
the remark field and not a number.  However all the entries are then
aligned with the entry with the longest authorname.  How can I change it
that there is a single space between the remark and the rest of the enry?

2.  Using a multiline equation all the lines are numberd.  How can I
change it that only the first line is numbered?
