This is mostly a bug fix release over 1.0.3, along with some expansion
for new layouts and languages. This release is considered to be extremely
stable. The most important changes:
* several bugfixes.
* DocBook support
* new layouts
* better handling of custom pagesizes.
* more document files translated to other languages.
