Hello,
First of all, thank you. I downloaded the glibc2.1.2 sources and
tryed to build it, but the ./configure complains that my gcc is to old (I
have gcc 2.7, ./configure asks for gcc 2.7.2.3).
You say that I need to recompile from source, I guess you mean to
recompile LyX from source. I can try this but is it necessary to have
glibc2.1.1 and gcc 2.7.2.3 to build LyX from sources or I can use my
"old" glib and gcc?
