Sorry for the late reply but I was busy and did not have the time to
look into this. Look at the example file I attach to this mail. Hope
it helps you :)
You have to know how footnotes work in minipages, for this you need
some LaTeX knowhow. I cannot explain here but to trick the footnote
mark just use a math-inset (which is what footnotemarks are made with).
