At least that's happening in my case and I do believe more people have that problem too. Possibly 1.0.4 suffers from this as well. I had earlier an RPM precompiled (if I remember well, it was 1.0.2) that listened nicely to the LANG setting. Where in the code is the crucial point for the LANG switch?
