appendix

Hello

When I use LaTeX in my LyX document to insert an appendix like:

\appendix
\chapter{name_a}
\appendix
\chapter{name_b}

all the appendix headings is Appendix A.  So in the bibliography appears

Appendix A                                           page_number
Appendix A                                           page_number

Is there somthing that I am doing wrong?  Or missed I some instructions?
