Yes, probably. However, that might be pretty easy (that is, if you
know latex a bit). Have a look at the explanations in clsguide.dvi in
your latex intallation.

You could also lobby the journal to provide a LaTeX2e version. Are you
sure they do not have one (.cls file)?
