Did you look at the longtable option in the table-layout menu? Have a
look at the documentation (UserGuide.lyx) how to use that options.
It's just easy define a multicolumn-row at the beginning of your table
and set the footer-flag if you set also the last-footer flag on the same
row then the last page won't contain that text (as it is empty ;)
