Nope. Not unless there's something wrong with my Lyx installation (on 2
completely different systems).
Under File->Export I have:
as LaTeX
as DVI
as Postscript
as Ascii Text
Custom-> LyX
LaTeX
DVI
Postscript
Ascii
Command: (where one can export via a command, I assume).
