lyx 1.1.3 iso8859-1 caracter generation

Hi,
 I recently upgrade my lyx-1.0.4 to 1.1.3 and noted that while 1.0.4
uses extended characters as accentuated [aeiou], 1.1.3 produces in
source clasical latex code: \' [aeou] and \'{\i}. Also They seems to be
some extrange high accent ao they in the screen.

Is it a configuration problem or a more intrinsic one?
