Sun sparc IPX 48 MO ram + Redhat 6.0 + lyx 1.04 recompiled (severals
hours of compilation)

with this one, reconfigure was only able to recognize the layouts in
the layouts directory...

I'm using the reconfiguration menu option. but i launch lyx from a
xterm, so i see the lyx messages.

i don't remember exactly but lyx didn't seem to do that before... I was
modifing the IEEEtrans layout to have theorem environment and so on and
after severals modifications, the reconfigure command wasn't able to
recognize the default layouts in the usr/local/share/lyx/layouts
directory.

i did that the reconfigure program recognize the default layouts in the
default directory of lyx

I've got an idea :

perhaps i launch lyx from the .lyx/layouts, because i was modifying my
personnal layouts... and it perhaps come from that

wait..............

ok i've done it , it really come from that, i delete the default layout
files in my personnal lyx layouts directory (copy made yesterday), made
a cd ~ to come back at home, and launch lyx, the reconfiguration
command recognize all the layouts (personnal and default)

thanks JMarc
