Titlepage

Hello

I'm using the report style for my thesis and would to add the promotors on
the title page.  I tried the following:

\title{Title}
\authors{Author}
\date{Date}
\begin{center}
  Promotors: Promotor1, Promotor2
\end{center}
\maketitle

The title is fine.  The Promotors however is in the center on a next page.
How can I do that in Lyx.  I would also like to add a page for declaration
en one for the synopsis.
