Environment menu

The docs mention an environment menu, but I can't find it anywhere.  Can 
anyone tell me where it is?  I've figured out that if I do M-p-e, I can get an 
enumerate environment, but I still can't get any others.

Some days, LaTeX is easier to use than LyX... but then, maybe that's just 
because I'm more familiar with it ;)
