Hi!

I'm continuing exploration of chemistry drawing packages and have found one
called Ochem which requires two latex runs to process the latex file. Between
these two runs I must execute a perl script to process some intermediate
files created after the 1st latex run.

This isn't really a problem as I have been able to simply export to a latex
file, and perform the processing steps from there. But I would like to be
able to use Lyx's capabilities as fully as possible (viewing, etc.). Is
there some way to have these steps done within Lyx? Can I change the default
behavior to accomodate this?

Thanks!

Kenward
