hello,
You can use "image float" to put figures side by side.
First, create a figure float.
Hit return (To have the image legend under the figure).
Add the first figure. Move the cursor on the right of the figure and,
Add the second image.
If you want two other image under the two first,
move the cursor on the right of the second image, hit return,
Add the third figure, move the cursor on the right of the figure and,
Add the last figure.
You can, now, add a title for the group of figures or/and, add subtitles
for each figure by using the subfigure menu (click on the figure to pop-up
this menu).
If figures are not side by side, change the size of figures.
Now, you should have a group of figures with a title for the group
(numbered FIG 3.1 for example) and subtitle for each figure (numbered a, b,
etc for example).
