The multirow facility in tabulars are a BIG HACK and will be removed in
future version when we will implement it right (and clean). Till then
you have to live with this missing feature (no bug!)

This too is a missing feature. The layouts are only paragraph releated
as one tabular is one big paragraph you cannot change the layout of only
a part of this paragraph. This also is a missing feature ;)
