Changing screen colors #2

Woah I just realized that there is a man page for LyX and it talks about
command line options for screen colors.

My question remains, however. I can change the background color now but I
still cannot seem to change the foreground color using the -???Color
arguments. -Reverse makes it white but I'd like to set it to something
else. 

Is this possible? Also, is it possible to set this inside a configuration
file?
