Congratulations! There are very small details to polish but it is ready
to be used. After this it will be comited to CVS.

Yep, that is a docbook issue. I will look also to elements that could be added
to the layout.

I see, I will look in the code for this problem. Somewhere the extension is stripped
this is the probable cause for the bug.

This could be provided. My only concern is the (dvi|ps) preview, since this is
done in \tmp
If this is a problem it is always possible to set \tmp_dir to false, I will look
for a reasonable compromise. :)
