Fortunately enough for people who tend to forget things like you and me
there is a List-Unsubsribe: header inserted automatically in every mail that
comes from the list. In my case it reads:
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:lyx-users-unsubscribe-andre.poenitz=\
[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
